My T4 Exterminates keep disappearing help

So ive been trying to get the Bo Prime handle for days now and you can only get them from T4 exterminates ive gotten two T4 exterminates which BTW are kinda rare and hard to find so ive ran two exterminate runs as host but when i finish the mission my key disappears. are the T4 exterminate keys a one and done type deal? or is my game glitched out please help meh Thanks.

Bo prime handle does not drop in T4 exterm.

 

Yes, once you use a key, its used up. This is true for ALL void keys.

Bo Prime is not in the Tower 4 Exterminate drop table.

And yes, all keys are one and done.
