No Audio

Started about a week ago, Warframe suddenly has no audio at all in game. I've tried changing the settings and have made sure the volume is turned up, but my computer doesn't register it making any sound. When the launcher finishes loading I can hear the sound play, but once I get to the login screen everything stops. Haven't tried reinstalling yet but I'm hoping there's another solution. Any ideas or is it just time to hope a reinstall fixes it?

before you reinstall open the launcher (not the steam version if thats what you play through) and verify your files, then optimize, then try playing the game. see if that fixes the game.
