Dying while in Simulacrum arsenal screen locks player into arsenal screen

This was as Ivara in the Simulacrum. I had previously spawned some lv 100 bombards and left them alive while I went to change weapons. I was killed while in the weapon select screen and respawned as normal with the weapon select screen still active. I was unable to exit or progress from that screen or control my character forcing me to alt-f4 Warframe.
