Is Exalted blade affected by Natural Talen and Power Strength?

As the title says. I've goggled around a bit but seem to be getting mixed answers and some very old information.

 

From what I found it looked like power strength affects the melee range attack but not the energy waves.

 

I did find a result indicating that Natural Talent would affect the attack speed of EB but when I slotted it, it sure didn't feel like a 50% increase.

 

Anyone have answers on thiese? Much appreciated.

Exalted Blade's damage is affected by power strength and general melee mods (such as Pressure Point). Only the draw time is effected by Natural Talent. Swing speed is effected by mods such as Fury and Berserker.

Natural Talent only affects the cast animation of EB, not the actual attack animations.

And I think power strength does affect the blade waves.
