Negative Plat

Hello users I am wondering how to be unbanned I sent in ticket because my game crashed and when I came back on it wouldn't let me login, but the ticket station was closed. I waited till today to see if they would respond and they didnt as they did say they were busy. I have negative 3500 plat and I am wondering if i buy the prime access for saryn highest teir and get 3999plat out of it will this unban me?

wouldn't count on it.

if you're really need to scratch that itch, start up a new account while you wait.

have you ever experienced this issue of heard of anyone with this issue? what sucks is that ive been playing this game for over 2 years and i just boom gone it sucks you know...

I've heard of people having this issue.

But I have not heard of people getting unbanned because they bought enough plat to have a positive plat number.
I would STRONGLY suggest waiting for supports reply.
