I got the broken war by playing game. It came with a free potato installed already. I wanted war so go BP and built. It came with a potato installed already. Then I found out you can only have 1 at a time unless you buy the pack. OK. Farm stalker get broken war BP build broken war costing my war. Buy the 600 pl set get war back with free potato installed. Just picked up my broken war for foundry No POTATO WTF.......

Items built in the Foundry do not come with a Reactor/Catalyst preinstalled.

Like Devoid said, farmed weapons and their blueprints, do not come with potato installed. I think you were mistaken with the Broken War gift. Once it's used to build the War, you loose the forma and or potato on it.
