MillbrookWest
A bit of relevant info about my system: GTX 970 - Main render card for screen 1 GTX 660 - Display port used for screen 2, but otherwise dedicated to PhysX through NvidiaCP. Any load on the 660, should be PhysX work exclusively. In the following video the 660 core is peaking at ~75%. That is (as far as i can tell) pure PhysX workload. I didn't have anything on the second screen when recording this footage other than an empty desktop. Previously, the workload on the 660 was ~25% on average. I don't have any metrics other than my memory, but the new PhysX is spiking up to almost 80% core load, sitting at 50%-60% for decent periods. It's a very heavy performance penalty, and to be honest, i can't really see any quality difference between 18.0, and 18.5. Lastly, sorry for the video quality, was trying new encoder settings.... I wont be using them again :/
