how do you remove youtube videos from profiles and posts.

as the title says I can't find a way to remove a youtube video from the about me section on my profile.

 

I've tried selecting the whole thing and pressing backspace, but that just takes me back to the previous  forum page i was on.

earlier I was able to just  delete the youtube videos URL to make the video go away, but the URL is not there anymore.

 

Also I tried searching the forums to see if this sort of topic already existed but I couldn't find anything.

Try highlighting the video portion and hitting the Delete key on your keyboard.

that didn't work but i did manage to remove the video another way. it turns out i did need to use backspace on it, just not how i was doing it.

 

when I was selected on the video the forums counted me as being selected on nothing. but as soon as I started deleting some other letters it worked.

 

thanks for trying to help though.  I'm also going to set your answer as the best one so the problem counts as being solved. I think that's how this system works.
