Destreza and the Stance/Vulpine Mask

I have seen the Destreza in action and people red criting with it but do you need the stance for it to perform well. If you do need to the stance where can I acquire it. (Stance/Vulpine Mask)

You need Blood Rush for red crits, not Stance.

Yeah, the stance is what makes the weapon for me personally. Drops from the corpus Comba/Scrambus units, Drekar and regular Manic Bombards... I think thats it.

The stance cab be optional if you are planning to go for the red crits but personally it is what sets the weapon apart plus you get aditional mod capacity fron it. Going back to the mods needed for red crits you will need blood rush and also I would recommend then having body count in order to keep your combo counter up more easily therefore staying in the red crit zone.

Also of note, using the stance and equipping the weapon lets you execute a combo which opens enemies up to finisher attacks.

I recommend Neptune spy for farming this.  Comba/Scrambus spawn reliably enough and have a thin enough drop table that I've seen more than a few extra... (of course it doesn't hurt that I use spy to level)
