How do i build war and broken war

Should I being using the blood rush and body count combo on them?

EDIT: realized I interpreted the question wrong. If you play mostly melee definitely use them.

If your play-style is to melee for a long duration, you should use blood rush and body count since both weapons have good crit chances.  both of these don't help much if you only use melee as an "Oh crap!" button, but if you normally melee long enough to build up your combo counter, then they would be good mods on both swords.

If you're going pure-melee (rather than just using Quick Melee every now and then), then Body Count + Blood Rush is a must-have on virtually any weapon with a crit chance of 10% or more, and straight-up godly on any weapon with 20% crit chance or more. Definitely go for those-- especially if you're going for War or CrimsonDervish-built Broken War, because they could definitely use that extra Berserker speed.
