Core-farming outside Triton

I have a major problem with Triton since the last few updates. Before, I could easily take my Volt there and leave after two rounds. Now, however, the enemies are so powerful in contrast to the excavator that the moment I turn around to shoot one enemy or get a power cell, It gets demolished in mere seconds. I know i should maybe rather be using a frost but It would still be a while until I can get him and then level him up. So I wonder if maybe there is a spy mission or such that have a high chance for dropping gold cores that`s possible to solo. I play a lot of solo. Internet problems.

why no frost ?

Caelus - AW Interception on Uranus. Has good chance of dropping R5 packs on A rotation.

Draco - Interception on Ceres. Has decent chance of dropping R5 packs on rotation B.

Any high-level DSSurvival/Excavation (Hieracon - Pluto, Zeugma - Phobos, Gabii - Ceres etc) - good chance of R5s in A rotation

Iirc one of the new Moon missions has R5 packs in the drop table, maybe Capture - not sure though.

Well I`ve mostly just never gotten around to it. It was my priority until Inaro and nikana prime cam in the way.

Tower 4 Intercept is good too - decent chance on A rotation.  20 messages (so ten shots) is pretty easy with the right setup, doesn't take too long, and can give you bouku ducats as a bonus.
