Search of emblem creator

Would there be someone who is willing to create an emblem from an image I have here. I am kind of new to the whole emblem thing..and was wondering if there would be anybody willing to create a graphic of the image. I may be able to pay in plat, or however it works..

I am already in a clan but I like hugs! The upper of these is my clan's emblem FYI:

No worries, my only request for change is if you can try and make the "GD" above the skull, into an "SC" in the same kind style. If it makes sense. To where the "SC" take up the upper half of the skull. (^{and you are welcome, I like your logo a lot tbh) Also here is your hug}
