Eximus Stronghold, Fort of the Undying

So I was playing a normal sortie 2: exterminate, an eximus stronghold against corpus, when suddenly, after a Drover Bursa spawned I noticed a Corpus Tech wasn't dying, I launched quite a few tonkor cartridges at it and the thing lived on 1 health, stunned, considering this was an exterminate it rendered the mission impossible to finish, as I couldn't kill everything in the map, please fix this, enemy was a shock eximus, he had 3 shield ospreys on him, all guard eximi, a Drover nearby and an Isolator nearby, please fix this when you can, I do have screenshots.
