Give me an Oberon build

So after looking at some vids and seeing some friends using him he looks fun. And let's be honest, sometimes we just want to have fun. But since he is the Jack of All Trades frames, but master of none I don't know how to build him. I wanna take him in endgame into survival, defense and so on. Popular missions. Help please

There is no need for the Oberon meta. Trust in his antlers and these mighty hooves will carry you beyond the crossroads of infinity.

 

But range is pretty good for Reckoning. I focus less on doing damage and more on spreading as many radiation procs as possible, like a poor man's Nyx but with a heal and buff for teammates in a pinch.

Besides a guideline build I would like to ask is he a frame that you can do the stolen dream quest with? Gonna have to do it sooner or later so also curios if he can. Also a build please

Here is mine

 

Rifle Amp

Blind Rage, Overextended, Vitality, Streamlined

Intensify, rush, primed flow, rage

As you said, Oberon is Jack of all trades and I run him as such.

Steel Fiber + Vitality + Rage for energy regen.

(Primed) Continuity mostly for Reneval but sometimes those few extra seconds on Hallowed Ground can come in handy.

Intensify for Reneval and additional orb of Smite.

Stretch for Hallowed Ground and Reckoning, which gives you those precious couple seconds.

Streamline + Natural Talent for more casting.

Rush/Handspring in Exilus.

Admittedly I have not tried it in high level defense yet but it works decently for me in survivals.
