Atlas - Atlas is immune to knockdown effects while on the ground, but is susceptible to it while in mid-air. Certain attacks like Fire Blast can push back Atlas, but will not knock him down. Atlas is also able to walk past obstacles capable of knockdown, like Corpus Laser Barriers.

Chroma -

Chroma has the unique passive to change the elemental attribute of his abilities into any desired basic elements. This can be done by changing the color of his energy via the Color Picker Extension:

  • red, magenta, brown, orange and bright yellow hues being Heat b Heat
  • blue, purple, and black hues being Electricity b Electric
  • green, lime, teal and dark yellow hues being Toxin b Toxin;
  • white, grey, and some faded colors being Cold b Cold.

Players do not need to purchase color palettes to unlock the full potential of this trait.

When customizing energy colors for Chroma, the Energy Color section of the appearance tab will display the icon corresponding to the element of the chosen color (Heat b, Electricity b, Toxin b, Cold b), allowing players to see which colors correspond to which element. This imgur album can serve as a reference for future color palette purchases.

Equinox -

Equinox has the unique passive ability to convert 10% of health orbs into energy, or 10% of energy orbs intohealth. This effect stacks with Equilibrium.

Equinox will begin any mission in either Day-Form or Night-Form. The default form can be determined by changing the color of Warframe energy via the Color Picker Extension:

  • Bright hues change default form to Day-Form;
  • Dark hues change default form to Night-Form.

Upon changing colors, Equinox's combined form in Arsenal preview will change her stance animation to reflect the chosen form's personality.

Inaros -

  • Upon losing all health, instead of the standard Bleedout state like other Warframes, Inaros enters an immobile sarcophagus that siphons health from nearby enemies and allies that Inaros aims at. Enemies being siphoned will be pulled towards Inaros, and the siphoned health goes to a meter that when filled, allows Inaros to automatically resurrect himself. Otherwise, he can be revived by other players as normal. However, note that Inaros is still in danger of bleeding to death if there is no enemy or ally nearby to drain health from, or if Inaros is unable to fill his meter before his bleedout time expires.
    • This ability is active even during Solo play.
    • The rate at which Inaros restores his resurrection meter is dependent upon the lifesteal damage dealt by the siphoning beam against enemies. Tougher or heavily-armored enemies will reduce the rate at which the resurrection meter is restored.
    • Lifesteal damage dealt is affected by Provoked.
  • Additionally, killing or hitting enemies via melee finishers will restore 20% of Inaros' health per hit. This passive does not work with ground finishers.

Zephyr - Being mostly composed of Oxium, Zephyr is a significantly lighter warframe when compared with other warframes, suffering less gravity and thus falls slowe
Mesa -

  • +10% fire rate with dual wielded sidearms.
  • +20% reload speed for one handed sidearms.
  • +50 health when a melee weapon is not equipped (value unaffected by base or total health).
Excalibur -

Excalibur has improved mastery in the Tenno art of the blade, receiving +10% attack speed and +10% damagewhen dealing melee attacks (including via Exalted Blade) while wielding the following weapons:

Bonuses are additive to mods such as Pressure Point and Fury.

Frost - Being a naturally cryogenic Warframe, any melee assailants that strikes a Frost have a chance to be frozen on impact. In PvP, players will instead be inflicted with Cold b Cold proc.

Ivara_ Ivara has an innate radar that detects enemies within 20 meters and displays their position on the minimap. This effect stacks with Animal Instinct, Enemy Radar, Enemy Sense, and Stealth Drift.

Mirage -

Mirage has an increased proficiency when performing several Maneuvers. The following are the known passives available for Mirage:

  • +25% faster Bullet Jump speed
  • +50% faster Maneuver speed

Nezha - Nezha has reduced friction on the ground, greatly increasing the distance of ground slides

Rhino - Should Rhino fall fast enough, he will discharge a shockwave upon hitting the ground, dealing damage in a 6 meter area of effect and knocking down nearby enemies. This stacks with Heavy Impact.

Saryn - Saryn possesses the passive ability of increasing Status Effect duration by 25%.

Valkyr -

Valkyr is nimble, capable of recovering from knockdown 50% faster, as well as having the ability to land from great heights without stopping.

  • Can stack with Handspring and Constitution for up to 250% knockdown recovery speed.
  • Currently, Valkyr's immunity to heavy landings also prevents her from triggering Heavy Impact.

Wukong -
Wukong's Melee Combo Counter has a 66% longer duration (applied after the effects of mods), translating to an extra 2 seconds, allowing him to maintain his combos for a total duration of 5 seconds.

Warframes do have passives.

Example :

Atlas  Immovable

Atlas is immune to knockdown effects while on the ground, but is susceptible to it while in mid-air. Certain attacks like Fire Blast can push back Atlas, but will not knock him down. Atlas is also able to walk past obstacles capable of knockdown, like Corpus Laser Barriers.

Took this out of wiki.

Here's the page, so you could read about them:
