Annoying bug with graphics/UI

I have a very frustrating problem with Warframe that started last weekend.

 

Everytime I start the game, all my settings, graphics and controls have gone to "default". I have to put every HUD element back, turn my graphics to max and also setup my controls and sensitivy how I like them to be. I don't know what has caused this, but it's getting REALLY ANNOYING!

 

Any tips how to fix this issue?

only time that has happened to me was after installing Win10, has not done it since.

do you use stand alone client or steam version?

have you tried verifying and optimizing game cache?

update graphics driver if you are someone who does not.

if nothing else works last thing to try is reinstalling game. 

(most of these options work best when working/sleeping/at school)

I've had Windows 10 since it's official release, this is the first time I've countered these kinds of problems.

I use Steam client for playing Warframe.

Well I've downloaded all the latest updates and also drivers from NVidia. Where can I could check game cache?

I Might try to reinstall it...

pressing the gear wheel in launcher will get menu for what you need to do to verify and optimize (doing every major, xx.0's and xx.5's can fix many bugs)
