where is the download button?

so , i been playing warframe since january first 2016 and my computer broken and i have to reinstall everything, so i want to download warframe and steam again but there is no download button or something like that anywhere , i search every page , from the game , media and etc ., but i cant find it >_>, why ? am i not allowed to play again?

Hello,

Have you downloaded steam on your PC again? After downloading steam you should get the Warframe link to download.

but it's a better idea to download Steam to play it as they have tennogen stuff
