Chat still down

Is anyone elses chat still down? Mine's been down for like 3 days and now I can't trade my 1050 plat. When I donated the chat was still down, and they sure as hell gave me my 50$ worth of plat instantly. But I can't use it because the chat servers are down. If anyone else has this problem, do you know how long it would take for them to fix it? It's actually been like 4 days, not the last weeks ddos that was only 20 minutes.

My chat isn't down, I suggest relogging in the game, optimizing the cache via the launcher, or reinstalling the game as a whole.

I already reinstalled the game, I'll try optimizing it. Thanks for the tips

It still didn't work, no chat will load

You might want to send a ticket to support, hopefully it's not a account glitch, that's my last guess.
