Need help with end game banshee

I need help with a build for end game banshee, there is a question in my mind, if i cast sonar then use tonkor will that still trigger the sonar dmg buff? Thanks in advance

It would appear tonkor will trigger the sonar damage modifier.
I assume this still holds true and no changes have been made in the past month.

Sonar + Sonic Boom augments for weakspots galore and armor removal respectively.

Build to make sure sonic boom can take off all the armor, sonar has decent range, and nice long duration for sonar and silence to keep you alive and killing.

 

As someone who admits he doesn't use banshee, sounds good to me.
