Clan Mastery???

So, I'm new to the whole clan thing since I usually do solo. I like my clan; they are very nice and helpful. (Thanlks, guys if you are reading this.) In the clan list I am a 2nd-class Tiger. What does that mean? It's not my MR though. So, what is the meaning of it?

There are ranks that the Warlords can assign to you, those ranks can be renamed to whatever they please.

Each ranks has different authorities too depending on the warlord's chosings
