Decisive Judgement Pause Kombo initiates a Counterattack finisher?

I tried the stance Decisive Judgement and it looks like the combo Consent Decree (E E Pause E E) initiates a Counterattack finisher. It's a really quick combo.

Can someone confirm it?

Warframe Wiki says that only Tranquil Cleave has a combo with Counterattack finisher for Nikanas, thats why i am a little bit confused.

Cannot decisively confirm this.

but from testing, I do get counterattack finisher, albeit not consistently. 

more testing : more consistence than originally thought. But not guaranteed like Seismic Palm's block combo.
