A way to find the price of mods?

I'm a complete newb when it comes to the trading for warframe, but I have about 10-15 rare mods that I'm curious if the price is good, but I have no idea on how to check since I'm not very experience yet with the economy. Also can you trade upgraded mods, like maxed ones? Anyway, my main question is, is there a site to help find the value of certain mods? 

For example, one of the mods I want to get rid of is hell's chamber.

I think as a general guideline most people use warframe.market to view the value of the mods they wish to sell.

Another site you can check is https://warframe.market/ , that will also help give you an idea as to how much a certain mod or part usually goes for.
