Update Failed ! Some content updates could not be downloaded from our servers. please restart warframe to try again

So for a few days no i have not been able to play warframe. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, i have run the program as an admin, have tried to get it to verify, and have submitted a ticket from which i have not gotten help. The only message i receive is "update failed! the content servers are temporarily unavailable". Any ideas on what might help?
