Q2: Edit: Misunderstood this question. You can have all the procs that exsist in the game active on the enemies at the same time, given that you can pull it off of course. There was a bug where Dual Ichors would proc all effects when it proc'ed, quite funny to see an infested charger being a glowing ball of effects.
