So say for example I bought 'Palatine' Rhino and then later on feel like I want the 'Palatine Bundle' for the exclusive Jat Kittag skin and syndana, even though the pricing is still being held at 215p will I be charged for another 'Palatine' Rhino? Even though I have that. Or will it be cheaper in price? Because if it charges the original price, that reflects poorly on behalf of the DE team as it should reduce the total platinum price.

You will be charged for, and you will receive a second palatine rhino. though it doesn't make a difference.

Try asking the support for a refund on the rhino skin so you can buy the bundle. asking never hurts =)

It won't be cheaper in price and you'll end up with a duplicate skin that you can't trade.

It's been that way since it's been released.
