so.

1- what Arcane Enhancement using in this video !?

 

2- How  he can use Large Team Energy Restore and don't click on Q and click on Large Team Energy Restore

1. It appears the Arcane Enhancement is 'Arcane Strike'.  It provides a chance on any hit to increase the attack speed.

2. On the PC, I believe one can bind the deployment of items like Energy/Life/Ammo restores to keys (i.e. F1, F2, etc. or the Num Pad)

Go to key mapping option, there you can assign special keys to each gear slots. For example, 1 on the num pad for gear slot 1 (health regen), then num pad 2 is an energy restore and so on

1- yeah Right, but he use 2 Arcane Enhancement ..  i think he use Arcane Strike for attack speed And use Arcane Trickery for go invisible.  Right!?

You're probably right.  More than likely he has Arcane Strike (speed buff) and Arcane Trickery (invisibility) on his helmet and syandana.  He's red crit'ing all over the place with the Kogake in the vid, so it's proc'ing both repeatedly.
