I'm currently a partner in the Perrin Sequence syndicate which is rank 5 and I was wondering if i joined Arbiters or something would my points go down so far that I would have to rank up again from rank 1? 

 

Essentially what I'm trying to say is if I join an enemy syndicate, will the syndicate I'm rank 5 in go down to rank 1?

Well you don't just instantly lose all your points, but any syndicate points you earn in AoH will go in minus for Perrin Sequence, to the point where it's at the bottom.

You don't have to re-pay any sacrifices you've already paid for though.
