magusat999 Posted April 11, 2016 Share Posted April 11, 2016 Because me and my family are heavy internet users, and live in a state that has chosen to allow Comcast (Infinity) to not only monopolize, but also cap usage... I don't see why they advertise gig speeds to that customer - does it really matter when you are capped from 50 - 250 gigs per month? So potentially you can expend your cap in about 15 seconds or less??? That is why I pay a premium to have Business Internet - would cost me ten times more to have the usage I have now (given the choice to pay for usage over a cap) - and at a certain point even if you pay for extra gigs - they STILL threaten to cut off your service...Real exciting opportunity...
