  1. When that button is not assigned ( for example, weapon mode switching or incarnon). We have to still hit O to enable heavy attack on R3. When first switching to melee, sane thing. Melee auto-switches from Primary - but only after hitting "O". Why not make it automatically work whenever it is idle? So we dont have to strike twice to get it to R3? Very non-fluid as it is in my opinion. I would love to jump-strike with R3, but it does nothing if you forget to use "O" first!!! Why do nothing if the button is idle? Let it be heavy, not nothing!
  2. Well by that logic, since its free lets EXPAND the wait time! You can optionally buy more time, or wait for one year for your item to finish cooking! Its a free game, right? So why complain? Why even have feedback? Its free, why are people whining? Or is it only the whining you agree with that gets a pass? The game might be "free to play", but it still has to be enjoyable or it will be DOA. There are lots if f2p games that are or have failed. F2P is not a pass to do some outlandish things. And it IS making money, from us, despite the f2p status. Waframe may be the most successful f2p games ever. Just because you dont put money into it, doesnt mean I dont either. F2P is an OPTION. Do you think DE is turning down purchases? Is regal aya free? Lets not excuse bad game design with this "But its f2p" excuse. Its not even logical to argue that QoL should be impacted by a game's monetary system.
  3. I dont disagree, but I dont think we beed to be gimped with some of the weapons they load in. I think it can be a challenge without forcing us to use certain weapon types - by loading in useful classes that we may not have bothered with. Like say I have a Synoid Simulor in my inventory, thats collecting dust. Ok, I see that. But my MK-1 Paris Prime??? Come on, DE. There are enemies everywhere, that one at a time mess doesn't cut it! Abd I mean forced, because Ive loaded in plenty of times to only snipers and bows. How about giving us a choice, at least least??? Thanks for replying like a human being, btw. I dont get the vitriol many on the Internet has these days and communication with humans is rare...
  4. No it is not a skill issue, because I did not specify it is a skill issue. You are trolling, trying to create a reason not specified. Its an efficiency issue that I AM writing about if you cannot argue in good faith, dont argue. You are so hell bent on your precious bows and one enemy at a time frap, you cant stick to the statements you read. The rest of what you wrote here is dribble and assumption. Did I say unmodded? No. Learn to get clarification instead of setting yourself up to be debunked. Because this isnt the only place I have had this conversation. As a default, since many people play, and I bet you the MAJORITY OF people are NOT choosing bows and other single target, proper english and common sense says I can specify WE. As a matter of fact, if one person, ANYWHERE - not just here- sees it my way, thats PLURAL, and "WE" is proper. So, sorry your little troll effort, AGAIN, falls flat and short of logic... and grammar. Also, you dont have to use the term "we" to be speaking for everyone, as you failed to infer. Simply stating that your way is the way is good enough. Like you're doing. Maybe you beed to "Mod" your shotgun better. I have no rate of fire issues with mine. Maybe if you were so in love with bows and daggers, all those inefficient weapons (for Circuit and other mob environments) you would stop using "unmodded" shotguns and learn something? Well, thats going by your assumption - now we know where it comes from. If my squad is picking weapons, and theres a choice between a bow and a Tenet Arca Plasmor, for example, and your like "Let me make it artificially challenging and pick this bow..." The whole squad would be like... "Really? So your not here to help out then?" And daggers are not primary weapons, which is really what this is about, for clarity. That part you added is a non factor in this debate. Thats another non-factor. This thread is about the weapons getting loaded in, not the Warframes. You are responding to MY CONCERN. If you want to only express your concerns you are free to make your own thread. Many not requiring a weapon doesnt mean jack when the Warframes loading in are rng. Lets stay on topic. Circuit is circuit. You dont move from Circuit to Orowyrm fight. And of course if the Circuit load outs were optimized for Circuit conditions only, the Experience and Lone load outs would be optimized for those areas. It can be changed to reflect the difference, duh. That was another weak response. Basically, your trying to cram your preference in with bad faith arguing, nit picking non-factors, and assumption mixed with trollish memes (example "skill issue" being said without anything to back up that assumption, meant as an aggression, not a counterpoint) birthed from the "git gud" crowd and calling that argument. None of what you says has any validity, and solving my concern by removing inefficient weapons (primaries) from Circuit wont cause any problems that are not easily solved. Sorry, but your counter aint countering very well. Nice try, though.
  5. I made a similar post to this in a more "conversational" format, but stating the same thing. I agree 100%. I trade sometimes 10+ times a day, and Im not about to spend that amount if time teaching and waiting on people. I tell them we cannot trade, and if they figure out what to do and come back later, fine. Im a player, not a DE contractor. Its DE's job to teach people about Cross Save and mine to play the game!
  6. Who is "we"? You cannot speak for yourself? Ive been playing since 2013 - Im not part of this "we". I don't think DE needs us waiting 3 days to "survive". Its an arbitrary amount of time, and WAY too long. 24 hours MAX on anything, and no additional time to others wont hurt DE.
  7. I agree that Nullifiers are outdated and while not necessarily need to be removed, need some adjustments: Remove the damage resistance of the bubble. Take away the whole "shoot the drone" irritation. Limit the size. Those bubbles get ridiculously large and impossible to pass in hallways Change the ability. It should TEMPORARILY disable abilities. And why is a Nullifier bubble more powerful than a Warframe anyways? Does that make sense that a non boss unit can shut off the Space Ninjas ability completely? I dont think these have been mentioned; The running Nullifier. Get rid of that mechanic. Its supposed to be a slow moving unit... BECAUSE ITS IN A BIG BUBBLE. That was a buff, not the original design. And - stop with the offscreen sneak up. It happens WAY TOO OFTEN. Your battling 20 in front of you, then all of a sudden you see the bubble tint, as one - or more - has spawned and crept up behind you All those are not challenge, just irritation. We have Eximus and other units to do the job of sucking our energy and shutting off skills. Nullifier needs a de-work.
  8. If others "project on you" then its a skill issue and you could have read a more acceptable post. And dont make dumb assumptions with that one size fits all troll reply. Shooting ONE ENEMY AT A TIME is not a skill issue, uts an efficiency issue. You play your boring, non helpful way, while others play in a more intelligent, faster way. That reply is just silly.
  9. The kind of battles in Circuit require Rifles, AOE weapons or Shotguns. Why do we keep getting Bows, Snipers and Staff-Guns? And daggers? Its not a stealth or spy mission! Can we please cut it out with weapons not made for crowds?
  10. I addre Sounds noble but in practice - no sir. Im a player, not a DE staffer. Its not our job to teach everyone we trade with how to trade and what Cross Save is! And definitely not to sit there and wait for them to go through the process. Ive seen posts like this in another thread. As if we have all the time in the world to wait and tach people. I trade many times per day. Teaching people is DE's job, not mine abd not why I log on. Im not in these forums because Ive done it all, and now Im bored. Im here to discuss and learn. I am not about to become the Cross Save advocate you describe. My mission is to get better at playing, not wasting time teaching people how to Cross Save Your "advice" makes the core of what Im talking about in my post WORSE. The core is how time wasting it already is! Now your thinking its a good idea to add on more time? Give me your gamer ID if all you want to do is sell people on Cross Save, we can send all of them to you.
  11. Ill consider your advice, just had a terrible time trying to speed up the frames I used. It wasnt just run speed - the whole game was in slow motion multiple times I tried, although it didnt happen during the practice! I did the Youtube thing. Exactly the same setup, zero success. One of them is where I got the Wukong idea, but the clone was just sitting there picking his nose, killing nothing. Funny, in Duviri and other missions hes a killing machine! Anyway, havent given up yet. Will keep trying. Edit: Switching from walking to running? Is that a toggle on PSN?
  12. Edit: I guess I have to add this so I dont get a bunch of "Help popularize Cross Save..." NON SOLUTIONS. This is about the clunky, time wasting process after Cross Save. Being a Cross Save "advocate" ADDS time. Sitting there "teaching" 5-10 traders on a give ln day does NOT solve the waste of time, and I could care less about "the future". If thats your solution, pitch it to DE, not people who just want to play the game. Thus is about getting DE to look at how ridiculous the trade process is now, and perhaps they - THEY, NOT I - will address it. So before posting "solutions" that place the burden on US, please keep that in mind. Id like to play the game too. Before Cross Save: Buyer: WTB (Ammo Case) 5p Me: Ok, bruh - inv. Or Ill inv. Go to dojo or Maroo's Bazaar. Trade. Me: Thx! Buyer: Ty! Trade process over. After Cross Save: Buyer: hi Me: hi Buyer: Ammo Case, Warframe Market, 5p. Me: Umm - are you Cross Save? Buyer: I think so... Me: Well are you or arent you? You have to do it manually at the website so you should know if you did it. Buyer: What platform are you? Me: (Sensing question dodging) Why are you asking me that? Buyer: I trade with Playstation all the time .. Me: Look. That doesnt matter. Cross Save can only trade with Cross Save. Buyer: Lets try... Me: Try what??? I just told you how it works. There is nothing to "try"! Buyer: Ok, I see. 15 minutes later... Buyer: Ok, bruh. Inv me. Me: Im at Fortuna about to go into a mission, but Ill leave to trade - so your Cross Save now? Buyer: I trade with all kinds of people all the time... Me: Thats not what I asked you. Buyer: Yeah, Im Cross Save. Me: You did 2 Factor Authorization too? Buyer: Yeah. Me: Dont waste my time... I leave Fortuna. Invite and we head to dojo. Running to the trade kiosk. Buyer leaves squad. I already sense bs, but lets go through the process and see what happens... Me: Hey... where you going??? Buyer: Umm... it said I couldnt join. Me: Oh, you mean it said we couldnt trade because of Cross Save mismatch, right. Buyer: Why is it doing this??? I can trade with anybody else! Me: Right now I could care less about that! You LIED and wasted my time! I already told you we couldn't trade and why! Instead of wasting my time, you could have Googled this! Goodbye! Chat message: Buyer is now on ignore. We shouldnt have to go through all this. DE should put into place, dialogue and interfaces so we dont ever have to interact on a trade level. Players should be ALL notified of the limitations. There could be identifiers if who is or isnt Cross Save, so we know AT FIRST MEET, whether the person is compatible... A simple solution, change the color of the system icon to a universal color identifying Cross Save players. So as soon as we get the "hi", or in trade chat - we can know that a person is compatible right away. Not so hard, is that?
  13. I did this on my old (merged) PC account. But I haven't been able to clear this on PSN for some reason. Its been MONTHS. I was on track to surpass my MR 24 on PC, flying through the others, but this one has been a big roadblock. Multiple reasons, timer goes out. I get a layout that gives me no room and drops off the first step. I tried Wukong and his clone did NOTHING. I tried Vauban - probably could have worked if he didnt run like he poo-pooed his pants - WITH a Rush mod! (Full screen slowdown) Nuke frames... Didnt work. Stuff like that. Is it a PS thing??? Practiced my butt off, got into the real test and errors galore. I wrote about this months ago, so I need more help cuz it aint working... Anysweat, any advice here?
  14. Which is exactly how they sold it to us for months until it came out! Not until enabling it did we find out it was highly limited! The sole reason I enabled it was to expand my trade reach. All these goofy "solutions" posted in this thread, arent feasible. "Recruit everyone to Cross Save..." - GOOFY. Like every time Im trading with someone, after getting the warning, Im supposed to waste time selling the Cross Save, waiting for them to do it, and then initiate the trade of my 10p mod? Thats ridiculous. "Sell people on the idea of Cross Save..." - GOOFY. Im a player, not a community staffer. Its not my job, nor do I have that kind of reach. Tell DE to do that. And me going around selling randoms on Cross Save isnt solving the playerbase-wide issue. The solution is for DE to simply allow and code Cross Trade so we trade as advertised. Yes, they can do it. All they are doing, programming-wise is placing Cross Save players in the same subsets of traders as the non-Cross Save players, under trade conditions. Its basically programming so that if a cross save player is trading with a non-cross save player, on any platform; then said cross save player will become, for that purpose, a trade compatible player (in that set of players) for that transaction. In development terms, its very simple to do. Only reason its not being done is DE dont WANT to.
  15. The warning that trade cannot happen because a player doesnt have 2 factor authorization enabled is appearing after the items and plat have been placed and the trade button is pressed. Can that be changed to the same event as when a Cross Save mismatch (player selection screen)? That would be in the beginning of the trade dialogue instead of wasting our time, letting us set everything up, and then telling us its failed!
