Occasional teleport on ledge climbs

It's rather hard to duplicate, but I think it happens when you hit a ledge at a decent speed, perhaps right on the edge of the auto grab zone, and press space while the game auto grabs.

If done correctly, it will just teleport you to a specific spot on the map as if you fell out of the map from that point, without the fade to black screen. And it seems like it's always the same spot, from memory on the Orokin Moon TDM map it's right in front of the large door mid map. It has also occurred in both Corpus ship TDM maps.

I feel like that center is like the (0,0,0) of the map when it happens. I've had it happen on that grinner map with the fat circle in the middle too.
