red symbol on HUD

Playing as valkyr. Noticed that my shields have permanently be reduce significantly and there is a bright red symbol I don't recognize next to my shields and health HUD. Any help understanding and fixing this would be awesome. Noticed this just after playing a derelict mission.

Likely still have a Dragon Key on. Check your gear slots.

Decaying Dragon Key, -75% Shields. It's in your Gear menu in the Arsenal.
