A nifty use for loadout slots (make sortie configs much faster)

Question

DE likes to limit some sorties to a specific weapon type.  For some reason, DE won't let a player join one of those sorties and digitally remove their other weapons.  So a player has to go to the arsenal and remove two weapons, change the one weapon that's needed, play the mission, go back and reverse everything.  It's annoying.

So I've created loadouts for each type.

Sortie Melee

Sortie Secondary

Sortie Bow

Sortie Sniper

Sortie Assault Weapon

Sortie Shotgun

Sure, I had to buy a couple slots, but it was well worth the plat.  Much easier and faster to switch configurations for sorties.

I just keep one slot as a lvling slot that only has 1 weapon equipped. I just swap that weapon. So usually 5 clicks.

Well. 10-12 clicks per day were never problem.

I wish I knew how to change things that fast.

Run to arsenal and click or hit escape, click, and click.

Click primary

scroll, scroll, scroll

double click weapon

click secondary

scroll, scroll, scroll

double click

click melee

scroll, scroll, scroll

double click

then maybe change the sentinel's weapon depending on the mods on the primary

exit

run back to the solar map or hit esc and click naviagate

Do the mission

repeat everything above again

That drove me crazy.

Basically since that lvling slot only has 1 weapon equipped. It's

Select Equip on the weapon restriction type > Scroll and double click the weapon

Select the Equipped weapon (if it's not the same type, I.E. Primary) as above > Double Click Unequip

Play mission.

I gotcha.
