Permanent FPS drop over a 5-10 minute play period

Hello Warframe Community,

I have been experiencing large amounts of lag and it's gotten so bad I can't play any longer. It has only happened recently in the past week. I will log onto Warframe, everything will be a nice 60fps around my ship environment, then I start a simple mission like a Nitain Extract Alert mission and within 5-10 minutes of playing, my FPS will drop to about 20-40 FPS depending on where I am in the map. Then, after the mission ends, I return to my ship and the FPS stays at around 20-40. Thinking it might be something with my own computer, I did a factory reset and then downloaded all of the updates and latest drivers for my video card. After everything was reset and wiped clean, I downloaded Warframe again and the same thing seems to be happening. I'm not really sure what to do from here so I came for some suggestions and help.
