1 (PSN)SeekerLoki
The represent your warframe powers. The different colored one shows which power is currently selected. You can turn them off in the options, if you want.
0 JesterTheNight
They are ability dots, it shows which one you have selected. You can also disable those dots in the options (they're useless).

You can also disable those dots in the options (they're useless). I would disagree. It is possible to bind a key to activate the selected ability, and if you're a Desecrate Nekros, or RJ Excal on Draco (just to name a few examples, really any frame with a mildly spammy ability would benefit from this) you can use those dots to see what power you're on. I find it very helpful when play Volt, for example since I like to spam Shock a lot. It's more often then not possible to bind it to a key that is more ergonomic than the 1-4 keys, and takes some of the strain off of your fingers (and the keyboard for that matter) Edited April 29, 2016 by RunningFox
