Fullscreen not working

Hi! I updated my nvidia driver to the latest version and updated the game to the latest hotfix and it isn't working on full screen anymore.

After clicking play on the launcher, it minimizes itself and when I maximize it again, all I get is a black screen, with no GPU usage. But I get sound and I can hear the hover on the login button sound.

If I uncheck "fullscreen" on the launcher options, it works normally. Borderlerss works too, but I get a quality loss mainly on text. It seems sharp.

Win 10 pro

i5 4590

GTX 970

Asus Z97-e

6GB RAM

I found what the problem is, but it isn't solved.

I overclock my monitor to 75hz. I don't know if it's the graphics driver or the game (other games work fine) but Warframe refuses to go fullscreen 75hz wether Vsync is turned on or off (it used to work).
It means that I'll have to play with 60hz by now, but I'd like it to be fixed.
