Major Lag Since DDoS attack

So let's start off and say I may not have the best internet in the world, but I sure did have one heck of a good connection for what I was using. I was able to play warframe at ease without any disconnections. But that was about 3 or 4 months ago. Now after that DDoS attack everyone's been talking about. I've been suffering with disconnections from all over the place. Every time i go into someones game I get a message saying "Poor internet quality (# of ping)" and that didn't happen 3 to 4 months ago beforeall of this DDoS nonsense. So please Devs, Warframe support, anybody. Please give me some information on why this is happening! I would love to go back and play this game without worrying constantly every game I play that I will disconnect and lose everything that i worked for that mission.
