My current build is Corrosive Projection,Primed Continuity,Intensify,Streamline,Vitality,Rage,Constitution,Stretch,and Steel Fiber.

Its supposed to be tanky and team Support if needed. Its seem ok solo just want some feedback on it.

Seems fine but the intensify may be considered unnecessary as you will probably mostly be blinding and finishing. 
You could use that extra slot for overextended too if you really wanted to pump the melee executioner thing. (this does make self-revive tricky in high level content if there are no weak enemies nearby).
I guess you could put armored agility too for that little extra tankiness and to increase on his speed a bit.

Unless you're going for a long Sandstorm, you can replace the Streamline with something else like a Drift mod or Handspring or whatever you'd prefer. IMO he doesn't really need efficiency since Rage is always actively replenishing energy for any dangerous situations.
