Question

My Warframe was working fine from when i started playing till one day i logged on and without changing any settings or anything it just started lagging. I have all settings turned all the way up but even when i turn some off or down it still lags. I often will change my game from fullscreen to windowed so i can play missions while doing other work but then ill turn it back to fullscreen when im done. And always it will continue working fine.

I have 585 hours on the game and Vauban P just game out so please someone help.

Some basic questions to start with...

"One day it started lagging" - When exactly? There have been multiple updates that have improved the graphics / effects / etc so this may have an effect on the performance on some systems.

Are all your drivers up to date?

Any issues with any other games?

There was no new update or anything the day that it started happening, but it between update 18.10.6. and 18.11.0  So about 2 weeks ago, and ever since then when i have tried to log in it just is laggy and nothing i do is able to make it not laggy, except putting it in windowed mode and making the window very small.
All drivers and systems are up to date
I play many other games and no others have been laggy.

That right there states your problem is with your system. If changing the window size fixes the issue something is going on with your computer. You managed to post all that technical information so presumably you are at least semi technically inclined, looks like you are going to have to troubleshoot your system (and if you aren't technically inclined, find someone who is to do so).

Can you describe your display configuration inside the game?

Just in advance, disable Antialiasing, Local Reflections, Ambient Occlusion and Nvidia PhysX. (You will need to restart the game.)

I run in fullscreen with 1920x1080 resolution

In order of the the Options>Display menu:

everything is turned on
Geometry detail:High
Particles:Medium
Shadow quality: Medium
then everything turned on but constant weapon trail

This is how it has always been and it has never had problems before.
When i applied what you told me to the game looks a little better but it is still pretty laggy

After troubleshooted the game came up with no errors or problems of any kind

Don't turn on the things I said, turn them off. BTW, Maybe it is drivers, V-sync (turn it off) or one of your memory cards died. Check it in the Task Manager. Still, ask Warframe's Support for... Support. They can help better than we.

Good Luck with troubleshooting.

That isn't troubleshooting, that is checking to make sure the game specific files aren't corrupted.

You should probably get ahold of a friend more familiar with such things to help. Actual "real" troubleshooting over the phone is maddening enough, doing it through forum posts is obnoxious and typically a futile effort unless it is widespread issue affecting a large group of knowledgeable people. The interdependencies of programs on your particular system is where the difficulties lie. Compounded by the fact that sometimes hardware just starts to "fail" and be inconsistent which is even more difficult to find out through forum posts.
