Purchase Resource Booster & Resource Drop Chance Booster I notice certain items...?

I purchase Resource Booster to pick up double resource and why not OXIUM is not double? Is there a reason cause I notice only certain items are double.

Does Resourse Drop Chance Booster is supposed to have rare items such as OXIUM to be double if it does drop?

Does DE allows only certain items to be double when using these boosters?

A Drop Chance Booster doesn't double the amount of resources dropped. It doubles the chance of them dropping. The Resource Booster doubles the drops. The boosters do synergize when both are used though. It works for Oxium as well.

Also the drop chance booster does nothing for Oxium as it is 100% drop.
