Oh, Then I'm still not sure what you are asking, I'm assuming that you know how to equip a mod, do you mean what should you replace it with? or what you should use to counter the efficency loss? If the former, Personally I usually replace Intensify with Blind Rage, but only on frames that I have some form of easy energy regen on them (whether via ability, EV, or when running with Zennurik focus) and even then I make sure to have Streamline to make the efficency loss -25% as opposed to 55%, If you are running Primed Conitnuity, then Fleeting Expertise becomes more useful, resulting in only a -5% loss of duration and a +5% gain in efficency, if you add a Constitution, Intensify, and Stretch to the mix your final numbers become 123% Duration, 105% Efficency, 145% Range and 229% Strength, then you can add your 2 defensive mods (VItality and Steel Fiber or Redirection) plus the molt augment (which is a must have IMO on a Saryn build) But this is only one way to do it, you could stack on enough powerstrength to get her to 299%if you wanted, but your efficency or duration would be pretty bad.

Edit: Note, all the values I use are the mods at max rank.

Blind Rage ia a corrupted mod that you can get from doing Orokin Deralict vault runs. You'll want a full team as this will guarantee that you get a mod each run. Instructions and drop lists are here http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Orokin_Derelict

My bad I know what blind rage is but I don't know exactly how to put it on my saryn build.

Is a trade off, you got to sacrifice survival mods (Vitality/Redirection/Quick Thinking/etc) in order to maximize dmg/range or dmg/duration.

I play max range/max power at the expense of no health, no efficiency, so I'm forced to be on the move all the time and not spam abilities. Makes good practice.

Edit:

What Grim said.
