2 GrimMyfanwy Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 (edited) Are you sure it's the flicker of an assassin spawning, or the flicker of the odd drones that appear only on Uranus that you have to scan to start a quest? -2 Wopel Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 Some tilesets have flickering lights that are VERY close to what you see from the syndicates/stalker/faction invasions. I've run into it myself. One thing you should know is, in order to trip the encounter you need to be in the room where the initial flicker starts.
