Friend locked out of account/login

didnt really know if to contact support or post here? one of my friends who has not logged in now for over 149-150 days forgot his password, however he did not see/nor did it load a captcha so now his i.p is blocked? who should i contact or wait for? i can pm his username

HIya, I came across your post and came across a similar post. It looks like it the i.p block only lasts a certain time and it should allow your friend to try and login again. As for the captcha only thing i can suggest is to make sure there arent any ad blocker software blocking it.
