Problem with typing languages in game

Hi I have some problem in Warframe game please help me.

Ok first I'm from Thai and I'm using English Game version is mainbase but i have a Friends from Japan and He can't read English as well so i'm try to change my Game version to Japanese version from Game Lanucher it's work anything in Game menu is Japanese language as well 

 but the problem is I can't type an Japanese language I try to add japanese to my PC option but it's not working i can still only type English in game 

 

So can anyone help me please.  How can I type more than 1 language in the Game

Haven't tested in-game yet but you can add another language pack on windows to write japanese.

Settings > Time & Langauge > Region & Language > Languages > add a language

Edit: that's on windows 10

Edit2: tried in-game and doesn't work, or it's just me

Well if you can't figure it out I know for a fact Copy/Paste works if you need to resort to that but I'm pretty sure it's something client based in the game

I already tried with the language thing but when the game is open it won't let me change it. If I alt tab I can change it but it still won't affect the game.
