Questions About Prime Avatar Pictures

Hello, I've noticed a few people with Frost Prime and Excalibur Prime pictures as there avatar picture, how do you get these? I just recently got Excalibur Prime and I would like the avatar picture for him, so does it come in the avatar bundle packs? No sense of buying it if it doesn't include the one I'm looking for.

how the hell dose a Disciple can get excal prime? teach me.

 

any way, its a bug, if you reset your account you have a chance of getting all the avatars including the primes. (tho, a small chance)

I have it since the DE servers have yet to update my status on the forums as it isn't a big deal, anyways thank you for the answer.
