WinterishRope
Ash's passive. It's like lets nerf all this monotonous gameplay and support the #1 Press 4 to win build in the game in the same update.
Kyleization
On 5/30/2016 at 6:45 AM, Data-Zero said: Ember passive is stupid. It works only in very very few situations and in those situations its usually i kill everyone or i die by someone sneezing at me. You can give yourself a heat proc via the castanas. And also DE mentioned those "enviomental effects" that may be coming in U19 so there might be tilesets that are full of fire.
GrimMyfanwy
Chroma and Zephyr, because they have no passive, they only have mechanics that are integral to their warframe's function. You can remove every passive in the game except theirs and the frame would still work as normal. Tacking on the fact that it's a passive after the fact (in the case of Zephyr), or without regard to what they claimed passives were (neat added features, as in the case of Chroma) feels like they took the easy way out. If you are refering to prassives that actually fit how DE described passives, then Oberon's hands down, it's the only passive that doesn't apply on the majority of missions. Other passives, regardless of how usful they are, at least work all missions.
Kothophed
Oberon is a Paladin, he should buff allies' RNG, give rad procs or better damage on channeling(for more traditional smiting) or have a low level team heal effect. He is not a furry, do not make him one.
