Stuck in downed pose with max shields and no health

So here is what happened. I was downed after getting caught in the Hyena's line of fire and getting spored by a proced Saryn. One of the Frost players went to revive me and just as I was fully revived, the frost player gets downed. For some reason, I got stuck in the downed pose and it displays as full shields (Plus overshield) and 0 health.

Here is what I could and couldn't do

• I could pause to the menu
• I could open up the Steam Browser
• I could zoom in
• I somehow didn't get kicked for being AFK and still got the reward (pic is in wave 5, I was downed about 6 or so waves ago)
• I couldn't move
• I couldn't shift my aim
• I couldn't use abilities
• I couldn't shoot
• I couldn't reload
• I couldn't activate my Syndicate Proc even though I'm getting affinity
• I couldn't get unstuck
• I couldn't pick up any drops

 

So yeah, what the hell was that? Also, is this the right section?

Just want to add, has this ever happened to anyone else because the people in the chat (names blanked out) mentioned that there were other cases of this happening
