Well I just start with my own idea.

You know that there is so many chests in maps/missions that you wont ever open (the red ones)

what if you could open these with "special keys" which would be sold in market, like cipher.

Of course it would be fancier if there were some random/rare safes around the missions which can be opened with these keys.

Yes some sort of a de-coder for the locked lockers in each mission is not a bad idea. It can be a decent money sink but then we gota make sure to get some usefull loots from it.

But then again I am atlest banking almost 5mil credits atm and cant use em for anything. I would also like to see the market sell larger stacks of items so we dont have to spend 30min shoping

Why not a "repair" system for our equipment? At least that way there's a consistant need to gather credits to keep our equipment at prime condition as opposed to "oh there's a bundle of credits pooring out of this locker... do i even need that?" I'm not saying the price needs to high, just something so we're not hoarding millions of credits

The repair mechanic's a cheap money-sink trick to solve an abundance in currency that always feels shallow when put in games. Not bringing you down but I'm just saying there's probably a better system out there, with some actual gameplay depth.

'Bout ideas, I dunno. Gambling? A Tenno space casino with slots? Everyone loves that! How about paying credits to get access to new randomised sectors on planets? Kind of like Alerts on demand? That could work too. Have it so there's 1/10 chance that there's gonna be a ? reward and you've got incentive.

I wish there was a gambling trader like in Diablo. You can buy mods without knowing their class, rarity or effect, and they come with various prices (4x selling price, +/- some). You can purchase them, and some of them are blue. The trader would have three sections - rank 0 - 15, rank 16 - 25, rank 26 - 30, with varied prices matching the ranks. Price would not be an indication of quality - a cheap mod could be a good one, an expensive one a bad one. It's gambling after all.

Every, say, two hours, the selection resets.

Selection should be always random, or it will be too easy to find out which mod is the best for the next 2 hours. Ask for it's location on forums for example.

Slot machines like in borderlands 2, jeez i spent so much money...

I created a thread suggesting that if Warframe had Borderlands style weapons, but they don't really fit to the game...

BUT, from a slot machine you could get weapons with pre-installed mods in them. And you can't remove them. It'd be a nice way to spend money and see what kind of strange combinations you can get!

I like the idea of ciphers for lockers, but what about an even bigger money sink? Unlock special, not-normally-appearing-on-the-map planets, that contain locked treasure lockers that need to be opened with the cipher?

This would work with new solar system, but since it would not probably be in Lotus radar you would have to "build" antennaes to increase the radar. Edited by B42e

Or you could get just individual mods, crafting materials, supplies, and even rare blueprints if you're lucky
