Cant handle recording?

Hi, i have an amd a10 quad core 7700k 3.4 gh.z 8gb ram computer. I tried a bunch of recording softwares and they all lag like crazy in game  and also the recording. The only one that doesnt lag is xSplit, but its not good qualiity.  One last thing.-Ember Or Frost xD

I think this is more "players helping players" than a "Performance" issue with Warframe. Probably should ask a mod to move it to that sub forums ;)

But on that note, don't know if the APU's from AMD have their own dedicated hardware chips like the discrete boards do.
