This. Every time. I can go weeks without seeing the dude and then start to rank several weapons at once and bam there he is. It's the only time he'll visit.

I hadn't seen him for at least a month, then twice in one night in back to back missions. Finally got my first Stalker kill (2nd time I got cocky and charged when I should have stepped back a second). Have you been farming a lot of bosses lately?

I havent seen him in months without beacon,and when I use beacon and kill him I get molten impact. T-T

Last time I saw him I was solo leveling r14 Ivara (r20 daikyu, maxed spira, and r15 dual skana) .He is the biggest a$$ole ever

check your profile to see if you're marked by the stalker. If you are, then yeah RNG. Could increase your chance if you join a squad with more people marked.
