Vauban Prime shields

I have been trying to create a really good Vauban prime, after running higher missions and trying all different ways of modding , I come to realize that I have to try something else to keep him alive. I just put on him fortitude which has 80% shield recharge and fast deflect that has 90% shield recharge as well as my carrier prime having guardian which boost owners shield when it runs out as well as putting on full redirection at 440% for higher shield.  SO THEN WHY DO I LOOSE MY SHIELD AND IT TAKE WHAT SEEMS, STILL, A LONG TIME FOR REGENERATION,  WHERE IT STARTS ATTACKING MY HEALTH. PLEASE REVIEW AND LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS SUPPOSE TO STILL HAPPEN, and if so the mods are useless  in my opinion for the warframe.

Keep in mind that Guardian precept has a 30 second cooldown. It takes X amount of seconds to start regenerating shields, the mentioned mods don't speed that up, only how much shield is recharged per second when it starts recharging.

Every time you take damage, either on HP or Shields, those X seconds reset back to zero and stop the current recharge.

I advise you to use Vitality instead and Life Strike on your melee to heal you. Train, a lot, the use of cover as not being hit beats any defensive modding. Learn how to use your powers in aiding you on keeping your enemies knocked or staggered, because if an enemy doesn't attack, it can't hurt you.

The higher level you go, the less effective your defense is, you need to focus to avoid being hit at all.
